Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION | NITZ INC.

The delivery of the product is usually in 30 days after shipment (depending on the destination country). We use fast couriers namely DHL, FedEx and DPEX for timely and reliable delivery services. The shipping is FREE worldwide. Kindly note we offer our shipping & item price without import duties and local taxes. Kindly check with your country’s custom office to determine the custom duties.

 

Orders will need to be signed for, so please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive it. You must provide a full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will email you to ask for the full address/phone number. We are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, so if we do not get a reply after 2 attempts to reach you, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

We provide tracking number with every shipment. The tracking number is provided as soon as the item is shipped.

Deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday, and will be attempted 3 times before they are returned to us. There will be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number. Please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive, though in practice they usually arrive within 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES

To make your shopping experience as simple as possible, we have arranged for Fedex/UPS/DHL to customs clear your goods and deliver them to your doorstep. We try to ensure that no additional duties or taxes will be charged. However as as these vary from country to country, they cannot be predicted and so any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer’s responsibility.
